Welcome
To settle in, here is your sound voyage - a gift, a moment to connect inward, and a small window into my world.

Listening Guide
Headphones are essential. This is a high-quality stereo recording, layered to create the same immersive quality as an in-person session. It won't land the same way through speakers.
Volume: start around the middle and adjust from there — the piece ebbs and flows in intensity, so give yourself room to find what feels right for your ears and your sensitivity.
Position: get comfortable. Sitting, lying down, curled in a hammock — wherever your body can fully soften. Close your eyes.
Before you press play: take three breaths, letting each inhale go a little deeper than the last. Do a quiet scan of your body and mind — no judgment, just notice where you are right now.
During the journey: this isn't a meditation where you're working to quiet your mind. Stay open and curious to whatever arises — physical sensations, images, thoughts, emotions. Let it move through you rather than trying to control it.
You can return to this as often as you like — the journey tends to unfold differently each time.
After your journey
I'd love to hear how it was for you! What came up, what you noticed, anything at all. Just hit reply to the email that brought you here, or write to me directly.
What's here for you
My work rests on a simple conviction: the symptoms we carry — burnout, disrupted sleep, anxiety, physical unease — are often manifestations of disharmony in the body and/or mind. As these systems are intrinsically connected, healing comes by embracing this connectedness.
Sound is one of the most direct tools we have to restore that harmony; both physically, and on a deeper psychospiritual level. Working with me, whether in a private session, a group sound bath, or through recordings like this one, isn't about fixing or improving yourself. It's about remembering what your body already knows — coming back into a state it recognizes as safe, whole, home.
This recording is a taste of that — a stereo, immersive sound journey, recorded with the same care I'd bring to a live, in-person voyage.
